Most extended health plans cover psychotherapy.
INSURANCE & REIMBURSEMENT
Psychotherapy services provided by Registered Psychotherapists are often covered by extended health insurance plans under “psychological services” or “mental health services.” Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage details.
We provide official receipts for all sessions that you can submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
SLIDING SCALE AVAILABILITY
We strive to make therapy accessible to all.
A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale options are offered based on availability and therapist discretion.
Payment is accepted via e-transfer or major credit card at the time of your session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Respecting both your time and your therapist’s.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.
